Cambridge Youth Soccer — Professional Soccer Partnerships

Cambridge Youth Soccer is proud to partner with two of New England's professional clubs to give CYS players and families opportunities to experience professional soccer, connect with local clubs, and inspire the next generation of players. Both partnerships are completely optional, and CYS will only ever share the information necessary to coordinate a given opportunity.

Our partner clubs

New England Revolution (MLS) — Player Voucher Program (PVP). The PVP is a youth soccer outreach program through which participating players may receive complimentary or discounted tickets and other special opportunities tied to selected Revolution matches.

Boston Legacy FC (NWSL) — Community Partnership. Through this partnership, CYS players and families can experience professional women's soccer via group outings to selected Boston Legacy matches, special fan experiences, player appearances, and other community engagement opportunities throughout the season. As one of New England's newest professional clubs, Boston Legacy offers our community a chance to support local athletes and grow the women's game.

How participation works

Participation in either partnership is completely optional.

  • For the Revolution PVP, a parent or guardian must opt in during the CYS registration process. The Revolution requires certain contact information to administer ticketing and to communicate with participating families about the selected match or event.
  • For Boston Legacy opportunities, CYS will share details directly with interested families as opportunities become available, including information about tickets, seating, and any available discounts or special experiences.

What information is shared

CYS shares only the information necessary to administer a given program.

  • Revolution PVP: CYS may provide the Revolution with limited information such as parent/guardian name, email, and phone number; player name; player age group or team affiliation; and other details reasonably necessary for ticket distribution or event administration. This information is used solely to administer the PVP and related ticketing. Families may also be offered the option to receive future communications directly from the Revolution, which is entirely voluntary. The Revolution has informed CYS that participant information is retained only as needed to run the program and meet legal and operational requirements, and is deleted thereafter in accordance with the Revolution's data management practices.
  • Boston Legacy: At this time, participation does not require CYS to provide player registration information to the club.

For any specific event under either partnership, families who choose to participate may be asked to provide contact information needed to facilitate ticketing, seating, communications, or event administration.

Group outings

From time to time, CYS may coordinate group outings to Revolution or Boston Legacy matches and other club events. These outings may include players, family members, coaches, and designated chaperones, and depending on the event participants may be eligible for discounted tickets, reserved seating, or other special experiences coordinated between CYS and the club. Participants in an outing may be asked to provide the contact information described above to facilitate ticketing, seating assignments, and communications.
