Additional Curriculum Resources
CYS recommends that our coaches use the CYS Practice Curriculum as the foundation of their weekly practice planning. At the same time, you may wish to supplement this curriculum with ideas from earlier CYS plans as well as a variety of other exceptional educational and training programs. Feel free to "mix and match" practice ideas in order to create practices that best fit your team.
