About Premier League Soccer (1st & 2nd grade)

Premier League soccer is a Saturday morning activity with a ~45 minute practice followed by a game against another team. The focus in Premier League is for the kids to start to develop their love of the game by building skills in a fun environment, and to provide kids in many cases with their first opportunity to play on a team. It's great fun.

Sessions start at either 9:00, 10:30 and for boys league only some 12:00, varying week to week for each team. Girls play at Ahern Field in East Cambridge and boys play at Russell Field in North Cambridge.  

CYS programming is focused on player development through play, with methods supported by Mass Youth Soccer and US Youth Soccer. It is a very fun and competitive experience to play in Cambridge Youth Soccer, and it can be a great foundation for a life of competitive high level or not-competitive recreational love for the game.
