Register now for Spring 2012

In-Town 1st - 8th grade games start Saturday, April 14, 2012.

Kick Start Program starts Saturday, April 21, 2012.

BAYS U16/U19 season starts in April 2012. Games are played on Sunday afternoons.

CYS has implemented online registration through Active.com, including the option to pay registration fees by credit card.

Note: You do not need to purchase ActiveAdvantage Membership to register online.

The registration process includes four steps:
  1. Accept Waiver
  2. Complete Form
  3. Submit Payment
  4. Print Receipt

If you have not already registered your child for both Fall 2011 and Spring 2012, or if you are registering for the first time, you need to submit a registration for the Spring 2012 season.

CYS players will receive a Spring 2012 registration form by mail. Players already registered for Spring 2012 will receive a confirmation postcard.

If you registered your child for only the Fall season, your child is not registered for the Spring 2012 season. You still need to submit the Spring 2012 Online Registration or Form.

If you choose not to use the online registration links above, you may download a registration form below in Acrobat PDF format, print it, fill out both pages, and send the form with your payment to: Cambridge Youth Soccer, P.O. Box 390215, Cambridge, MA 02139-0003.
